Here's some WoC stuff from Izari (izziebot):

"Winds of change will be in 3 parts, first part will have 42 quests including hardmode"

"Each part will have a conclusion, not feel like you have to wait"

Sounds ambitious.

According to NeoNugget and Izari, they are starting to play it now.

Yup, they're starting to play. So we'll have some more info soon.

The standard of "casual" players in GW is so shockingly bad that adding content aimed at them makes it boring for those that are actually good at the game. Maybe the hard mode options in WoC will be challenging.

And 42 quests (for 1 part) was a hell of a lot more than I was expecting.

Here's from Ravious of Kill Ten Rats:

"Played Winds of Change. This chapter of #GuildWars Beyond is going to be great. Cleansing the realmbw Ministry of Purity in the sewers."

Perhaps he meant that each part would be released all at once? That would make sense...

You don't know the reason why the person thought that. His or her post don't mention any difficulty with WiK and the only thing I can find was wanting a return of people/team play. WiK had PUGs for quite some time after it ended though...

The sewers? Really!?? 33 explorable areas and 13 missions at thier disposal and the sewers is the highlight? I'm not complaining, just seems... odd. Then again, if they can make me enjoy a battle in the sewers, I cant wait to see the rest of it.

I really liked WiK. As long as they take the best from that, I'm sure I will be one happy gamer. I'm already sold on the 42 quests in one package, HM included. Already a HUGE improvement from WiK. The first chapter alone should keep my alts busy for a while. I'm definately going to be on the lookout for a more detailed review!

I must say I am envious of those who got a chance to play it and frustrated that I have to wait....even...longer, but in a good way.

Judging by tweet times, they only spent a little bit of time trying out WoC. Probably just a minor part they played.

There isn't a whole lot going on in the sewers. They might add a little bit of new map, a few outposts, who really knows.

So it's like what they did with Starcraft 2 with the three races to an extent?

I also might as well throw out the redundant "more titles?" statement if Hard Mode gets involved.

Nonetheless, I think the biggest question we should be asking is "Is everything an 8-team party, or will we see 4, 6 or possibly 12-team quests?"

"Winds of change will be in 3 parts, first part will have 42 quests including hardmode"

just uh oh....

i hope its normal done on NM, not hard on NM and harder on HM, like parts of WiK

but it seems the casual players are not important on the forums or ingame....
sure hope its doable for me on NM, as i dont care about HM, and cuz i couldnt get any help anymore ingame, i play perfect world

i'll see if i return to GW for WoC, hope so....

All of cantha pretty much allows 8 hero play. Just load up 3x nec, 2x mes and 2x rits and faceroll your way to casual glory just like the vast majority of players.

But saying you won't come back cause the content is too hard for ya (hard content on GW, "el oh el") is pathetic at best

You all do realize that the 42 quest thing could just be 42 bounty-like quests right?

Basically, I expect a few zones to have new mobs, plus a few storyline missions like in WiK (which will apparently be released all at once).
